People are being advised by the national lottery to have a look at their tickets to confirm if their numbers have shown. The jackpot tickets that won to share €12.3m were bought in Donegal and Westmeath.
Two jackpot tickets won which worth about €6,172,404 as revealed by the national lottery were sold along Dublin Road, Topaz service station to be precise and in Co Donegal, Athlone, Mickey Joe’s Country Store, Carrigart, Umlagh and Co Westmeath.
Both of them came from quick pick plays. People also have been advised by the national lottery to have a look at their tickets to confirm if their numbers have shown.
The winning numbers are as follows: 3, 7, 17, 21, 22 and 28. 2 is the bonus number. The mega jackpot was almost similar to the Lotto win that seemed to be the biggest so far with €12.85m won on the first day of March in Dublin by a syndicate.
The money has since then molded up on a weekly basis. Topaz service station store manager in the person of Paula Keegan ever seen has been delightful and made a statement that the team is thrilled to have taken charge of selling the Quick Pick that won.
In his statement, he said that would be the first time the team sold a large ticket that won so big. He added that there is a possibility that a local might have purchased the ticket since they’ve got a very busy shop with lots of people going through.
