The 59-year-old Sparks who is soon to retire from his employment informed the officials exactly how won the prize. He informed the officials that he never played the $100k Raffle ever before in his life. However, this time, he felt tempted enough to have given it a shot and see how it goes.

The player informed the officials that he is a regular when it comes to playing the daily spin games offered by the Online Michigan lottery. As normal, he logged into his account and went for the daily spin game.
