This time, the US Powerball is doing things in a different manner, because this time, it is sharing the prize details. The US Powerball officials have decided to share the total number of prizes they have given out for their March 30, 2022 draw.

March 30 Draw Details
The draw that the US Powerball officials have referenced in the announcement is for Wednesday, March 30, 2022. The winning numbers for the draw were 37-21-3-31-7 and the red Powerball number was 11. The Power Play multiplier for the March 30 drawing was 3X.
The jackpot prize money for the player matching all the numbers on the ticket was $207.1 million in the form of an annuity. If the winner decided to go with the one-time lump sum, the cash prize would have been $131.1 million.
Winners of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Prizes
Unfortunately, no one emerged as the jackpot prize winner as no one was able to match all the numbers from the draw. There were, the jackpot prize money has rolled over to the April 2 draw and it is currently being advertised at $222 million.
As for the tier 2 winners, there are two categories, where the first one is without the Power Play win and the second one is with the Power Play. From the draw, two players emerged as the winners of the tier-2 prize money but both players did not have the Power Play option. Therefore, each player went home with $1 million each. The first $1,000,000 winner was from Rhode Island and the second $1,000,000 winner was from New York.
Lower Tier Prizes
The US Powerball produced 32 tier 3 prize winners, out of which 25 won $50,000 each and 7 won $150,000 due to Power Play.
Tier 4 produced 414 winners who won $100 each and 174 winners who won $300 each. Tier 5 recorded 968 players who won $100 each and 434 players who won $300 each.
The latter tiers produced even a high number of winners from the March 30 draw. In total 561,771 players won prizes from the US Powerball.
